Description
➢ Accountability of group wide IT servicedelivery & IT operations.
➢ Managementand enhancement of an ITIL based Service Desk covering incident,problem, and Change Management practices.
➢Establishing SLA's & OLA & Workforceplanning & management.
➢ KPI planning,management, monitoring, enforcement, and continuous improvement ofdeployed IT services.
➢ Implement and monitorcontinuous data and systems backup, testing and recoverypractices.
➢ Overall accountability for the IThardware and software inventories.
➢ Overallaccountability for all the IT Service Desk data and logs, coveringSR, Incidents, Changes, CI's, CMDB andinventories.
➢ Accountability for the ITprocurement processes for key Infrastructure projects andinitiatives, covering SoW, RFP, tendering andimplementation.
Network, Security andCommunication
➢ Technical design,implementation and management of datacentres, infrastructure,network & security, systems, servers, storage and cloudtechnologies.
➢ Creation of infrastructure,systems, and servers' standards, policies &OLA's.
➢ Responsible for major changesand releases, architecture improvements, network and data securityand automation of IT infrastructure monitoring and managementprocesses.
➢ Maintain and ensure network andsecurity infrastructure is aligned as per 5 years technologyplan/roadmap.
➢ Perform network audit andanalysis of existing networks to identify areas ofimprovement.
➢ Manage and ensure that IT DisasterRecovery solutions are updated, tested and operated correctlyduring disasters, ensuring business continuity.
➢Ownership and management of AMC's for all network,communication & securitytechnologies.
