Description

Responsibilities:


  • Overall project planning, confirmation of Project Execution Plan, definition of the WBS (Work Break down Structure) and assigment of the Work packages. Definition of the RBS (Resources breakdown structure) and team set up in collaboration with HoD's/LST.
  • Lead Project Kick off Meetings internally and with Customer.
  • To manage all the execution phases of project contracts from QG4 to QG6; ensuring they are completed in the most efficient manner according to the project specification, within the time required, within the budget, without risk to the health and safety of all concerned while ensuring good customer satisfaction.
  • Planning, coordination, control and reporting of required project activities: scope and contract management, project quality management, resource management, risk management, cost controlling, project planning and scheduling, change management.
  • Responsible of specific project KPI's (on time delivery, baseline margin fulfillment etc.).
  • Is authorized to take decisions to achieve project targets and customer satisfaction. Reports and escalate internally for significative issues.
  • Supervision of the WP's assigned to Engineering and production team. Cooperation with Project Engineering Managers and Purchaser for taking critical decisions having significant impact on the project targets (cost, schedule, quality).
  • Partecipate in Design Reviews meetings and Lead Contract Review Meetings.
  • Define the Logistic Plan in cooperation with EPT and Project Administrator.
  • Cooperate with project administrator for execution of Logistic, shipping docs, Invoicing, contractual secutities (letter of credit, bank guarantees etc.).
  • Is responsible to define the time for Net Sales in accordance with Contract, internal rules and in cooperation with Project Administrator. Set the necessary provisions/accruals with Controlling dept.
  • Is responsible to make sure that all payments are received as per contract.
  • Is responsible to make the financial close out of the Project in cooperation with Controlling department.
  • Cooperate with Service for certain WP's and provide support during Warranty period.
  • For certain standardized solutions projects may act as PEM (Project Engineering manager) or PE (Project engineer). See relevant Job Descriptions.
  • Consults with Head of Project Operations for best practices and guidance.
  • Responsible to enter projects and baseline data in XFDX (Execution Force) and to maintain data during all project execution.
  • Partecipate to aligment meetings and portfolio management with other PM's in the SBU.
  • Use and improvement of E+H I.I. standards, work processes, document templates and tools for project management, controlling and reporting.
  • Assistance to Project Acquisition with participation in Bid strategy meetings, Bid clarification meetings, Contract review meetings. May also assist for certain WP's of Bid preparation.
  • Cooperation and coordination with other organizations and teams within E+H I.I. and E+H, project teams and business partners.
  • All activities to comply with company standards, procedures and work instructions.
  • Other activities as reasonably requested from time to time in the course of E+H I.I. work.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Engineering or higher like 2 years Diploma.
  • Technical Experience & Thinking Level.
  • Experience within international project business, contract management, project management.
  • Experience in process automation.
  • Experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, MS Outlook necessary.
  • Project Management certification is appreciated.
  • Track record and experience in Water/wastewater industry and projects related with Liquid analyzers, panels and racks.
