    Description
    Utilize and operate the DP World CAFM& Helpdesk system.

    Receive calls anddetermine, category, type, and response.

    Enterthe details of the request on the CAFM system orSharePoint.

    Advise the caller of when toexpect a first line ofresponse.

    Allocate/assign the request to thedesignated Resource or Service Provider (SP) or Contractor andinform other concerned parties asappropriate.

    Be aware of multiple callsregarding the same issue and advise the requestoraccordingly.

    In the event of a furtheruntimely delay, escalate to concerned parties and inform thecaller.


    If required, closely monitor theprogress of all jobs until closed and verify that the Resource orSP has closed with sufficient information on workperformed.

    Monitor BMS, EMC and othermonitoring systems utilized by APMDepartment.

    Monitor email requests and respondaccordingly.

    Support in CAFM and othertechnology related activities.

    Support in datamanagement tasks and other tasks given byManagement.
