MR SMARTHUB DMCC is providing services for Computer Repair & Maintenance.In this role you will be responsible for the following:
Searching for services and supplies for the company (+ communication);
Market monitoring and ordering for purchases for company needs in UAE, China (possibly*):
- Receiving a request from the head of the department;
- Clarification of payment and delivery terms;
- Obtaining approval from the manager of the cooperation with a selected supplier.
Delivery of the invoice/details to the manager for payment;
Receiving manager's confirmation of order payment;
Confirming receipt of payment with supplier, sending information to manager;
Requesting a photo report of the goods in the order for shipment.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a Purchasing Manager in Computer Repair & Maintenance industry;
Experience with a task manager system;
Good MS Office skills;
Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors);
Understanding of supply chain procedures, laws, and shipment regulations;
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills;
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities;
Excellent communication skills - English language (C1-C2).
Estimated Remuneration:
Medical Insurance + official employment in the company.
Schedule: 5/2 from 10:00 - 18:00
Pay:
AED2, AED4,000.00 per month
