About the Role

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain detailed and accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders for system updates, improvements and replacements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on strategies and budgets.
  • Review tender packages, RFP's, RFQ's and RFI's for new products.
  • Provide project management, following the Kerzner Project Management Framework.
  • Engage with the leadership team, other departments, and property IT.
  • Establish and maintain integrations between business systems.
  • Provide guidance and solutions for improving business processes.
  • SAP SF: Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize system and processes, recommend and implement best practices for Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning Management system.

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements

  • Minimum 35 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Minimum education to degree graduate level.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to details and quality of work.
  • Able to work under pressure and towards deadlines, be able to work as part of a team, and be a selfmotivated and approachable and friendly person.
  • SAP certifications.
  • Microsoft certifications.
  • Ability to travel.
