    JobSummary:We are seeking a meticulous and experiencedQA/QC Engineer to join our team in the oil gas and fabricationindustry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring thequality and compliance of our projects with industry standards andregulations. The role requires expertise in NonDestructive Testing(NDT) at Level 2 and CSWIP certification. If you have a keen eyefor detail strong analytical skills and a passion for maintaininghighquality standards we encourage you toapply.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Performquality control inspections and tests on materials products andprocesses to ensure compliance with project specifications andindustry standards.
    2. Conduct NonDestructiveTesting (NDT) procedures at Level 2 including ultrasonic magneticparticle liquid penetrant and radiographic testing asrequired.
    3. Utilize CSWIP certification tooversee welding inspection activities ensuring adherence to weldingprocedures and standards.
    4. Review engineeringdrawings specifications and procedures to identify qualityrequirements and participate in designreviews.
    5. Develop and implement quality controlplans inspection procedures and test protocols in coordination withproject managers and engineeringteams.
    6. Document inspection results maintaincomprehensive records and prepare quality reports for internal andexternal stakeholders.
    7. Investigatenonconformances root causes and corrective actions to preventrecurrence and improve qualityprocesses.
    8. Collaborate with supplierssubcontractors and thirdparty inspectors to verify product qualityand resolve qualityrelated issues.
    9. Providetechnical support and guidance to project teams on qualityrelatedmatters including best practices and quality improvementinitiatives.
    10. Stay updated on industry trendsregulatory requirements and technological advancements in qualityassurance and qualitycontrol.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelorsdegree in Engineering or a related field.
    2. 45years of experience in quality assurance and quality control withinthe oil gas or fabricationindustry.
    3. Certification in NonDestructiveTesting (NDT) at Level 2 (e.g. ASNT PCN EN ISO9712).
    4. CSWIP certification for weldinginspection (e.g. CSWIP 3.1 CSWIP 3.2) ismandatory.
    5. Strong knowledge of internationalcodes and standards relevant to the oil gas and fabricationindustry (e.g. API ASME ASTM).
    6. Proficiency inconducting NDT techniques such as ultrasonic testing magneticparticle testing liquid penetrant testing and radiographictesting.
    7. Excellent analytical skills with theability to interpret technical drawings specifications andprocedures.
    8. Effective communication skills withthe ability to interact professionally with internal and externalstakeholders.
    9. Attention to detail and acommitment to maintaining highqualitystandards.
    10. Ability to work independently andcollaboratively in a dynamicenvironment.
