_We are looking for a Site Architect, with 5-7 years of experience, to join our team based in Dubai and oversee the company's new construction projects.

As the Site Architect, you will mentor other Architects, interpret client briefs, and review contracts and designs._


Dubai experience minimum 3 years

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Reviewing and designing architectural and engineering plans.
• Ensuring all plans are compliant with governmental health and safety regulations.
• Monitoring the work of other Architects and making recommendations or scheduling workshops as required.
• Providing guidance to subcontractors like builders, plumbers, and electricians, and helping them interpret design specifications.
• Liaising with clients to ensure all issues are addressed promptly and that the project requirements are met.
• Ensuring the team works together to achieve set goals and targets.
• Acting as a mentor to new Architects and helping them finetune their design skills and improve their industry knowledge.
• Networking and consulting with various industry professionals.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, design, or similar.
• Must have at least 3 years of experience working in a Consultant Supervision.
• Must have extensive Revit experience
• Indepth understanding of CAD and AutoCAD software.
• Must have Mega Projects experience
• English fluency is a must
• Preferably with a Design background
• A good portfolio and several years of work experience as an Architect.
• Brilliant interpersonal and networking skills.
• Detailoriented and highly analytical.
• Deadlinedriven and dedicated to excellence.
