- Onboardingnew Partners delivering training and orientation programs for newPartners on theplatform
- Reportingon Partners performance and meeting with them on a monthly basis todiscuss theirperformance
- MonitoringPartners and providing additional training or incentives whereneeded
- Ensuringdeployment of all platform s tools and new features with allPartners and helping to use them in the correctmanner
- Provideinput on potential improvements to Operations and Product team bymonitoringKPIs
- Solvingday to day issues that may arise with Partners in the delivery ofservices to theenduser
- 3years experience in a similar role (Account Management/PartnerOperations etc).
- Experiencein an OnlineBased/ ECommerce company is aplus.
- Strongcommunication skills Fluently spoken and written Englishrequired.
- Stronginterpersonal skills; candidates should be comfortable meetingpartners training them and presenting theirresults.
- Strongproblemsolving skills: candidates should be comfortable withdealing with complaints and challenges and finding solutions forourPartners.
- Musthave a valid driving license in theUAE.
