- 4to 6 years of HFM Development Experience is mandatory for thisrole.
- Acquire end to end system data flow,application configuration, reporting requirements and Changerequests.
- Provide additional support on ad hocactivities (quarter ends)
- Person would beresponsible for End-to-End HFM adminactivities.
- Taking personal responsibility fordeveloping team's knowledge/skills on HFM application andlatest changes
- Proven track record ofsuccessful creation and analysis of GRCA and Entity business changerequirements.
- Familiarity with IFRS,Regulatory, FINREP & GSIBreporting.
- Mature and independent –able to work with teams with minimalsupervision.
- Excellent written and verbalcommunicator.
- Proactive builder of strong anddiverse business relationships
- Organised andefficient multi-tasker; has a strong workethic.
- Ability to work under pressure, reportto tight deadlines and deal effectively with issues as theyarise
- Able to manage, mentor and develop morejunior staff
- Proficiency in data analysis andsystems impact analysis
- Subject matterexpertise / strong knowledge of financial accounting, managementinformation / management accountingprocesses
- Proficient in Microsoft Officeapplications (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint,Teams)
- Strong desire and proven ability tocomprehend complexities, opportunities and solutions offered bysystems and various digitaltools
