Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Understand customers' specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needsCreate new sales and marketing strategies that target B2B customers and positions our products as the best solutions for prospective clientsGenerate high-quality sales leads and follow up after the initial meetingIdentify areas where we can improve customer satisfaction and repeat business and handling the customer account, communicate those issues and possible solutions to upper managementSet and achieve sales goals and quotas and target as per management requirement
