• Template distribution and data gathering.
• Data base configuration
• Define the detailed functional requirementsand related documentations
• Knowledge about thecurrent business process, design current business flows, studycurrent business processes and its complication
• Flow diagrams and DFD are preparation.
• Mapping and GAP analysis for each module
• Master data configuration (Data templatepreparation and Migration)
• Preparation ofChange request/new requirements specification document(RSD)
• Coordination with the technical team for RSD.
• Support user acceptance testing
• Opening balance Preparation and Migration.
• Crystal Reports preparation
• Responsible for Post (go live) support
• 2 Full Cycle Implementation and Go live
