Job Responsibilities- Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
- Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
- Generating new business leads.
- Increasing brand awareness and market share.
- Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, content creators and production departments.
- Developing and managing the marketing department's budget.
- Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
- Managing the marketing department's staff.
- Preparing and presenting weekly, monthly and annual reports to senior management.
- Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industryrelated events.
- Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.
- Running company social media advertising campaigns.
- Define most important social media KPI's
- Formulating highquality novelwritten and visual content for each social media campaign.
- Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.
- Monitoring the company's brand on social media.
- Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.
- Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
- Responding to comments on each of our accounts.
- Overseeing customer service provided via social media.
- Analysing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.
- Coaching employees companywide on content creation best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar.
- At least two years of experience as a marketing/social media manager.
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
- Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong time management and organisational abilities.
- Social media marketing experience.
- Experience developing social media strategies.
- Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform.
- Proven ability to build social media communities.
- Understanding of graphic design principles.
- Experience as a Brand Manager on social media.
- Ability to measure the success of campaigns.
- Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- English required
- Arabic is a plus
Salary:
AED8, AED14,000.00 per month
