- 6+ years of experience in compliancewithin financial services, FinTech or cryptocurrencyindustries.
- Experience in third party riskmanagement roles.
- Experience managing ateam.
- Knowledge and understanding of financialservices regulations, compliance, policies, process, andprocedures.
- Proven leadership and projectmanagement skills to drive alignment across stakeholder groups todevelop and deliver repeatable end-to-end risk management solutionsand controls aligned with groupprocesses.
- Ability to manage initiativesinvolving process improvements and to lead projects with high riskand complexity.
- Comprehensive understanding ofoperational risk management.
- Excellentcommunication and presentation skills and ability to interact andlead discussions comfortably with senior levels of management andregulators.
- Proven ability to work within andmeet deadlines in a fast-pacedenvironment.
- Self-motivated, critical thinkerand adept at working independently and in a dispersed teamenvironment covering multiple and variedtasks.
- Intuitive, highly ethical andcomfortable to question andchallenge.
- Bachelor's degree orequivalent practical experience
