Description

We are looking for a client services coordinator with technical skills and know how with experience in Advertising/Signage industry specializing in Duty-Free Production, Shop Fit Outs, Custom Kiosks, Display Units, Bespoke visual merchandize.


The Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating, assigning, updating, and closing tasks as per schedules
  • Dealing with staff and site engineers (if needed)
  • Understand the needs of the submission and report on progress
  • Assisting project manager in charge to create and share work plans and timelines
  • Managing technical project documentation
  • Preparing project updates
Qualification and Experience

  • Sound knowledge and use of AutoCAD s/w
  • Good knowledge about submissions (materials, shop drawings, etc.)
  • Have attention to detail
  • Analytical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • At least 34 years of relevant experience

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
