Role:
Manager - International Business Development

Experience - 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in account management and handling multiple projects / tasks simultaneously, preferably in the real estate, and hospitality sector.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration/Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities:
The role of the BDM Head is to ensure that Agency Sales are maximized by building and maintaining strong relationships with Brokers and Agency Sales Teams.
Work closely with agent sales team to build lasting high performance win-win relationships with the Broker Agency network.
Develop a monthly agent meeting schedule in discussion with line manager & Agency Sales Head
Ensure regular structured Agency meetings with defined objectives recorded in minutes with actions and execution time-lines.
Establish a plan for agent acquisition & activation with Agency Sales Head
Manage the BDM team to ensure we deliver quality service to the Sales teams and Agencies alike
Develop & optimize joint business plans with agents to maximize share of business.
Identify new, inactive, dormant & under-performing agents and develop activation plans in collaboration with agent sales team head.
Salary:
AED8, AED12,000.00 per month
