- Drives the strategic planning andmanagement of CAD and BIM/Revit functions including buildingBIM/Revit capability, resource planning, and overall management ofBIM and CAD environment, under the guidance of Project Managementon site.
- Supporting on development initiativesincluding the planning and implementation of AutoCAD to BIM/Revitmigration for a full 3D (and subsequently 4D/5D) design technologycapability deployment.
- Work with the teamtowards implementing full BIM technology deployment on large scaleprojects to include 4D (scheduling & manpower) and 5D (costanalysis) using BIM models.
- As part of amulti-disciplinary project delivery team, supports withcontributing actively to structure, process and complianceimprovements; improves CAD/BIM work-flows, policies, procedures,processes and controls to ensure full adherence with QA/QCrequirements in accordance with with Company's ISO9001Quality Management System.
- Drives CAD/BIMoperations and performance improvement initiatives including allnecessary functional, technological and operational improvements;implements best practices and standards to optimize BIM projectdelivery, quality and profitability.
- Recommendsthe adoption of new technologies, system upgrades andcustomizations as necessary.
- Trains, developsand coaches CAD and BIM/Revit teams and other users as necessary.Develops and maintains groupwide CAD and BIMlibraries.
- Guides, supports and overseesexecution of the projects on site; resolves complex technicalissues
