    Job Description

    As a Senior Account Manager in the PR team thiscandidate will be developing strong client management skills andbeginning to take a leading role in expanding the business throughboth organic and new business growth.

    TheSenior Account Manager will be a multitasker able to workcollaboratively across the team to put together solid presentationsmedia pitches content writing and basic social media strategies.They will be able to communicate confdently think on their feetmanage relationships and have an analytical bent of mind toreporting and showcasing performance.

    Thiscandidate will have some experience managing a small team and beready to take the next step in career growth towards larger teamsclients and business volume

    Technical& Product

    • Able todevelop presentations with a creative mindset
    • Have a full understanding of workings of the media andfoster relationship with stakeholders including media KOLs andinfluencers
    • Tactical understanding of allprimary social media platforms
    • Write contentand where applicable work with extended teams in briefing andreviewing content development including but not limited to pressreleases thoughtleadership blogs features briefing documentsetc.

    Business Acumen& Operational Efficiency

    • Ensure quality output to exceed client expectation inplanning content and outreach.
    • Be proactivereliable responsible and accurate with an attention todetail.
    • Selfmotivated with a positive andprofessional approach to managing client business and interactingwith direct reports.
    • Ability to work in adynamic environment with little or no supervision.

    People &Leadership

    • Takesinitiative to challenge an established point of view with respectand openness.
    • Able to use storytelling toconnect with internal and external stakeholders in a compellingmanner to influence and inspire.

    Qualifications
    • 79 yearsof professional experience having worked in agency and/or clientside working with corporate or lifestyle brands.
    • Experience working in a PR Agency would be highlypreferred
    • The candidate needs to haveexcellent writing proofreading and communication skills in English(required) and Arabic (preferred) including a detailorientedworkstyle with good time management and organizationalskills.
    • Presentation SkillsComes across as confident and wellprepared when making grouppresentations. Makes effective use of visual aids or presentationsoftware and looks at ease while handling questions from theaudience. His/her presentations hold the audiences attention andtend to be the right length for the amount of informationcovered

    StrategicThinking Can analyze organizational strengths andweaknesses and then combine these with knowledge of the industrymarket and organization to develop longterm strategy.
