Ensure accurate & timely reporting & follow up of customer and internal audit activities including tracking to closure and continuous improvement.

Drive and manage the effective and timely closure of audit findings and associated corrective and preventive action plans.
Ensure customer issues are reported and managed effectively through the Customer Issue Resolution System, driving timely and effective closure.
Conduct root cause analysis investigations into customer issues as necessary to identify causal factors and determine improvement actions.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma from an accredited university or collegeAPI Q2 Lead auditorProblem solving and Quality toolsAt least 3-5 years experience in writing procedures, documentationsSignificant experience in a quality, operations, or engineering role (Minimum 5-8 years)
