Utilizing knowledge of multiple recruiting methodologies and advanced sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates.
Mapping technology companies to identifying the top talent from competitors.

Partnering with HR and Hiring Managers to fully understand requirements and ensure a full candidate experienceSourcing passive candidates through referrals, networking, internet searches, LinkedIn and other social media databases.

Generating qualified candidates through direct sourcing via telephone and email.
Effectively assessing talent ensuring cultural & competency fitMaintaining accurate documentation within the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS SmartRecruiters.)


Job Requirements:
Significant experience of hands on talent acquisition across APJMEA, within a software or technology business.

Highly articulate and able to communicate confidently with candidates about our business strategyFluent English SkillsAdditional regional language skillsHigh degree of personal organisation with an eye for detail.

Passionate about sourcing and can demonstrate advanced research skills, Boolean, social media and alternative search techniquesComfortable building relationships over the phone and able to engage passive candidates.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
