The Role
Are you an experienced Master Planner who is looking to join a global design firm that values its employees' well-being and longevity? We are looking for a Master Planner who has 5+ years' experience to join our clients' Dubai office where the successful individual will have the opportunity to work on interesting projects across wide-ranging sectors

Main responsibilities:

Lead and ensure full execution of masterplan and urban design projects
Mentor the junior members in the team
Oversee project management including overall responsibility for resources, time allocation, cost, and quality of project deliverables.
Prepare and present design proposals.
Manage and engage key internal and external stakeholders effectively to drive project process, resolve issues and achieve excellence in project deliverables.
Build good relationships with clients.

Requirements:

University Qualifications:

Master Degree of Urban Planning or Urban Design or

Architecture Experience:

5+ years' experience (urban planning or urban design practices; architectural design development and project administration)
UAE project experience is not essential but advantageous Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office, BIM / Revit and AutoCAD.
Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, and familiar with GIS and software of environment analysis.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-driven individual and team player
