Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market through various channels, including networking, market research, and digital platforms.

Service Promotion: Introduce the company's services to potential clients and partners, effectively communicating the value and benefits to drive engagement and interest.

Client Meetings: Conduct face-to-face or virtual meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and build strong professional relationships.

Partnership Development: Collaborate with industry partners and stakeholders to identify mutual opportunities for growth and strategic alliances.

Market Analysis: Continuously analyze market trends and customer needs to adapt strategies and identify new business opportunities.

CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools to manage and track leads, customer interactions, and progress towards sales objectives, ensuring efficient follow-up and relationship management.

Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to management on business development activities, progress, and results.


Skills and Qualifications:

Language Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in English are essential. Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.

Driving License: Possession of a UAE driving license is preferred, enabling flexibility in meeting clients and partners across different locations.

Digital Marketing Knowledge: Awareness of digital marketing strategies and tools, with the ability to leverage these for lead generation and brand promotion.

CRM Familiarity: Experience with CRM systems and understanding of lead generation processes are beneficial.

Industry Expertise: Knowledge of the consulting, business advisory, and accounting sectors, with the ability to understand and communicate complex services.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients and partners.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and creatively to identify and develop new business opportunities.


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the consulting, business advisory, or accounting industry.
