Operations Manager with Extensive Real Estate Background

Responsibilities:

Operational Strategy: Develop and implement effective operational strategies that align with the company's real estate objectives and growth plans.
Process Management: Streamline and enhance operational processes, including property acquisition, leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations, to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate professionals, including property managers, leasing agents, and maintenance personnel, fostering a collaborative and highperforming work environment.
Financial Management: Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance of real estate properties, making datadriven decisions to optimize profitability.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely and costeffective property services.
Compliance and Regulations: Stay updated on local, state, and federal real estate regulations, ensuring that all properties adhere to legal and safety standards.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular operational and financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and suggesting improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum of 6 years of demonstrated experience in real estate operations and management.
Strong knowledge of real estate industry practices, laws, and regulations.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate crossfunctional teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective tenant and stakeholder interactions.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and make strategic decisions.
Proficiency in real estate software and tools for property management and financial analysis.
