The Role

The Business Analyst is a specialized role within a squad, aiding Product Owners in Requirement Elicitation, documentation, and Product Backlog creation.
They support Product Owners in daytoday tasks but should not be mistaken for the Product Owner role. Their primary responsibility is to assist in Requirements Elicitation and act as Functional Test Leads.
Review and approve all new Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) with stakeholders.
Ensure timely creation of Functional Specifications Documents (FSDs) and set delivery timelines with vendors and platform owners.
Regularly prioritize and publish the channel backlog.
Conduct epic feature prioritization and customer Usability Testing workshops.
Optimize testing efficiency using automated tools and scripts.
Communicate the product release plan to all stakeholders.
Perform comprehensive production sanity checks with pilot clients before launch.
Take ownership of Technology Risks, Issues, Problem Tickets, Audit Issues, and Resiliency issues.
Address Technical Debt in the business product within defined SLAs and timelines.

Requirements:

Holds a Bachelor's degree in technology or engineeringrelated
Brings 7 years of expertise in the regional banking industry, particularly in Digital Wealth Product delivery
Capable of translating business discussions to technical teams and vice versa for business stakeholders
Demonstrates strong stakeholder management skills
Possesses excellent interpersonal communication skills with proficiency in spoken English
Collaborates closely with relationship and coverage teams
Exhibits the ability to think comprehensively and adopt a holistic approach
Displays clear communication and articulation abilities.
