    Sr. TechnicalRecruiter:

    TechnoLavasManila, Philippines office seeks a dynamic individual for a SeniorTechnical Recruiter role. TechnoLava Inc.provides turn-key Blockchain Application Development solutions thatsolve complex and critical problems while fulfilling missionobjectives for organizations involved in Blockchain, Metaverse andWeb3 applications andtechnologies.

    PositionSummary: The Sr. TechnicalRecruiter will be responsible for managing the ongoing recruitmentand selection of technology industry and leadership positions. Thisposition will also implement and utilize effective recruitmentstrategies to attract highly qualified candidates. The Sr. Technical Recruiter will partner closely witha variety of hiring managers and Human Capital business partners toassess recruiting needs to identify key recruitingissues.

    Develop andimplement recruiting strategies to attract and hire toptalent.
    Source activeand passive candidates through employee referrals, networking,internal databases, contact lists andresearch.
    Execute fulllife cycle recruiting (sourcing, identifying, negotiating, andclosing candidates) for open positions at all levels and in all jobfunctions.
    Provide a fastand high-touch experience for every candidate from applicationstage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interviewprocess and offer process, salary recommendations and closing ofcandidates.
    Communicateeffectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness duringthe interview process. Share and exchange information with alllevels ofmanagement.
    Part of theHuman Capital Team to provide the foundation and framework to helpsuccessful people build a successfulcompany.
    Work closelywith hiring managers at TechnoLava, you may also interact withcontract Primes and as Government clients to help guide through thehiring process from start tofinish.
    Buildrelationships with internal employees to promote continuous andincreasing employeereferrals.
    Support Bid& Proposal team as needed in process by providing candidateresumes or other requirements asneeded.
    Continuallybuild and maintain pool of interested and qualifiedcandidates.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual mustbe able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.     5+years of recruiting experience in a software development or ITprofessional servicesenvironment.
    Demonstratedability in recruiting & delivering top level technicaltalent as well as other hiring needs including but not limited toadministrative, marketing and sales.
    Knowledge andability to recruit using social media Including LinkedIn, Twitter,FaceBook and other sources.
    Experiencesourcing for passive and active candidates on job boards includingCareerBuilder, Monster, Dice, Indeed, andLinkedIn.
    Involvement inniche technical sites andgroups.
    Creative thinkerthat continually looks for new recruiting sources andstrategies.
    Experience withfull life cycle recruiting from sourcing through to candidatestarting with company (posting, sourcing, screening, presenting tohiring managers, make offers, and set up first daylogistics).
    Experience usingapplicant tracking systems (i.e. Zoho) for full life cyclerecruiting.
    Knowledgeablewith employment laws andregulations.
    Ability to workon multiple positions with competingpriorities.
    Excellentcustomer service skills in order to build and maintain strongcandidate, employee and managementrelationships.
    Ability anddesire to work in a fast-paced, ever changing environment with ahigh attention todetail.
    Confident,inquisitive, technically savvy, and flexibility in an ever-changingenvironment
    Strongorganizational, time management, planning and communication skillsrequired

    Education/Experience:

    Bachelorsdegree from four-year college or university; or 5+ years relatedexperience andtraining.
