Prior experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in the jewelry industry Min 4 Years of Experience in Luxury Jewelry Stores Passion for luxury jewelry and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Achievement-oriented mindset with a proven track record in meeting sales targets Basic product knowledge and willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Previous experience with point-of-sale systems is a plus
