    Description

    We are seeking a Head of Kindergarten Department for a full-time, on-site position located in the Northern Emirates. The successful candidate will lead the kindergarten team, ensuring the effective implementation of the curriculum and maintaining high standards of early childhood education. Key responsibilities include planning and supervising educational activities, mentoring and guiding teachers, conducting classroom observations, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining strong communication with parents. The role also involves creating and sustaining a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young learners.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in curriculum planning and implementing educational activities
    • Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management abilities
    • Expertise in classroom observation and management
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with staff and parents
    • Solid administrative and organizational capabilities
    • Commitment to providing a safe and nurturing learning environment
    • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
    • Prior experience in a leadership role within a Kindergarten setting

    Salary: 16,000 – 17,000 AED
