Administrative Assistant - Restaurant
IMMEDIATE HIRE
JOB DESCRIPTION
The
Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting in restaurant work.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Places orders for needed supplies, initiates purchase orders and tracks delivery
- Maintains the files, supplies, and general restaurant condition in an orderly manner.
- Handles all correspondence and word processing for the restaurant.
- Answers telephone inquiries and channels them appropriately.
- Maintains employee attendance, payroll and time sheets
- Maintains all records and receipts
- Initiates new patient referrals and physician orders.
- Manages and updates employee files as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by the Manager

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask and to work independently without supervision.
- Previous experience in health care is a plus.
- Complies with accepted professional standards and practice
- Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication, and organization skills.
- Demonstrated computer skills ( Typing, Microsoft Word, and Excel )
- Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
Pay:
AED2, AED3,500.00 per month
COVID-19 considerations:
Wear a mask, common surfaces are sanitized regularly, vaccination requirements Etc.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Computer skills: 1 year (required)
