We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Reservation Agent to join our team at Pura Eco Retreats in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi UAE.

The roles responsibility is to facilitate a positive and seamless experience for all guests by handling reservations, providing accurate information, and contributing to the overall success of the property.

• Reservation Handling
• Guest Communication
• Customized Recommendations and Upselling Opportunities
• Collaboration with Departments
• Maintaining Reservation Records
• Knowledge of Eco-Friendly Practices

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years in reservations, guest services, or front desk roles.
• Experience with Opera and/or other common reservations and booking systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or related fields is a plus.
• Proven experience in reservation or guest services roles.
• Proven track record in customer service with effective communication skills.
• Demonstrated skills in resolving guest concerns and unexpected situations.
• Familiarity with sales techniques to enhance guest experience and revenue.
• Experience working collaboratively with various departments.
• Awareness of cultural nuances in a diverse setting in the UAE.
• Positive and adaptable mindset, essential for the dynamic hospitality environment.
• Preferably locally available and can start immediately.
