A reputable and well-established
Medical Device company is actively recruiting a
Logistics Coordinator for their team in
Dubai.
***
Key aspects of the role include:

Manage the Order to Cash in collaboration with other departments to ensure the smooth execution of activities.
Analyse monthly backlog.
Act as a coordinator between freight forwarders, factories, and customers.
Support, handle, and resolve any customer and logisticsrelated issues.
Build and maintain longterm relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Communicating with vendors on pricing, availability, delivery terms, payment terms, and contracts.
Ensure adherence to company policies, and local and global regulatory authorities.
Maintain, file, and update all shipments and inventory.
Responsible for logistics operations, vendor management, and related approvals.
Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

Degree in Business Administration or equivalent; and 2-3 years of related experience and/or training

Proven customer service (order to cash) and logistic experience
:

Proven experience handling letters of credit is an advantage.
Good numerical and communication skills
Good computer skills and proficient with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. SAP Knowledge is a plus.
Good leadership and management skills.
