Core Responsibilities

  • Maintain project cost report and monitor project budgets with the support of stakeholders
  • Review payment certificates and purchase orders to process payables
  • Ensue compliance to budgets while processing the payments
  • Prepare discrepancy reports for invoices to highlight any deviations as per the payment authorization
  • Lead documentation and filling activities and ensure that all documents are scanned and readily available
  • Support in data entry of all financial transactions including updating general ledgers, vouchers etc.
  • Support in preparation of invoices and verify the same with relevant stakeholders
  • Support in project accounting activities in coordination with relevant stakeholders
  • Assist in consolidating work papers for audits and preparing the required schedules accurately and in a timely manner
  • Analysis of project expenditures and project accounting transactions on a periodic basis
  • Assist in preparation of periodic financial reports
  • Support in the monthly payroll processing for E11 by uploading approved consolidated salary sheets in the bank portal

General Accountabilities

  • Implement approved policies, processes and procedures, to ensure work is completed in a controlled and consistent manner while delivering exceptional service.
  • Adhere to approved budgets and ensure optimal utilization of all available resources.
  • Share ideas and viewpoints to further streamline processes, thus driving efficiency and improvements across the organization.

HSE & Risk Management

  • Comply to all relevant QHSSE management procedures and controls across the organization so that the company provides a safe, secure and environmentally responsible service to customers, stakeholders and its employees.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Education / Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance Management

Relevant
Experience - Minimum:

  • 56 Years of Experience in Finance Department

Salary:
AED6, AED9,000.00 per month

  • Bachelor's (preferred)

- bank reconciliation: 5 years (preferred)

  • VAT handling: 4 years (preferred)
- payroll system: 5 years (preferred)
