Organization Unit Purpose
Unit is responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the business vertical to ensure revenue growth & customer satisfaction


Job Purpose


AM - Outbound manages team leaders who in turn manage a team of 10-17 sales agents at the call center.

The approximate span of the AM is 3-7 team leaders depending on the complexity of the process and the revenue to be generated.

The team could be sourcing single or multiple products.


Responsibilities:


  • Deliver on targets across products on a monthonmonth basis
  • Ensure processes are being followed and audit them on a regular basis
  • Initiate changes related to team, process and system which can improve the deliverables and productivity of the team
  • Coordinate and manage stakeholders both internally and externally with relation to delivery of the unit.
  • Manage team of first level supervisors
  • Ensure staff engagement is high and a process of constant feedback and learning is developed within the team
  • Keep Attrition levels to less than 10% annualized.
  • Identify opportunities to develop unit's performance and create action plans that drive results
  • Introduce best practice where necessary
  • Participate in weekly and monthly meetings with stakeholders
  • Targets and performance management.
  • Setting separate targets for existing and prospect data.
  • Agent motivation and coaching.
  • Identify the agents' knowledge and skill gaps and work with the learning and development team to create and deliver appropriate training.
  • Monitor agents call quality, compliance, and enhancement.
  • MIS & campaign management.
  • Identify proactively opportunities to improve agent performance and create actionable plans that drive results
  • Take customer escalation calls and ensure that they are handled to satisfaction

Person Specifications

  • Graduate
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Banking & Sales experienceTeam handling experience
