Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Coordinator role located in Dubai.

The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for carrying out various administrative tasks, providing customer service, and working with finance in order to ensure efficient operations.

Daily tasks will include managing appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, organizing files, managing payroll, and handling confidential information.


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience providing administrative assistance and customer service
  • Basic knowledge of finance and bookkeeping
  • Strong organizational skills with extreme attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in event management is a plus

Salary:
From AED3,500.00 per month
