Position:

CHAT SUPPORT

Company:
Gold Dragon Trading (under the management of China Center Dubai Digital Park (CCDDP)

Nature of Business:
Digital Marketing, deals with digital currencies to associate with investors

Location:
Silicon Oasis Dubai, UAE

Working Hours: 07:30am - 07:30pm

Flexible break-time total of 1 hour 30 minutes.
Paid Trial Period: 7 Days ( paid 83 per day, no food allowance)

Probation days: 90 Days

Day Off per Month: 2 Days (you can set your own off max of 2 days/mo.)
**15 days paid OFF every after 6 months. ( flight ticket not included )
**Must have at least 30 days valid visa remaining

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Experience in:
telemarketer/sales representative, Offline /online sales with 2 yrs min. experience (preferred)

Basic salary: 2,500 AED

500 AED food allowance
500 AED for visit visa holder allowance or 375 for employment visa holder
Free accommodation
Free Transportation accommodation -office, office -accommodation
Daily on the spot commission / incentives for every clients and investors joined according to the amount of investment they put up.

NOTE:

YOU HAVE CHANCE TO BE IN SALES AND MARKETING POSITION SALARY TOTAL : 4,000 AED ++++ after trial period in Chat support.

KEY POINTS:
**Have relevant experience in sales (offline & online).
**Who have worked before in online sales and marketing.
**Handling customers complaints and queries.
**Able to work with the marketing department to understand and communicate to the field.
**Comfortable with interacting all sorts of customers.
**Good interpersonal, communication skills and customer service.
*Typing speed 35 WPS and above.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
*You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone or in chat as a supports and maintaining good customer relationships.

Contact potential Clients, Investors or existing clients to recommend the company. to another clients or investors, and convert potential clients into investors.
Answer questions about the company
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Update customer information in the database

- see to it that you facilitate future sales according to the given task and time frame.

Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information for Ideal Profile Requirements
Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
Ability to learn about services and describe/explain them to prospects clients or investors.

*Strong and professional convincing skills.
*Excellent English communication and interpersonal.

Salary:
AED2, AED3,500.00 per month
