Job Description:
Sales Coordinator (Female) with Excellent Communication and Drafting Skills - Experienced in Call Centers, Banking, Insurance


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in managing client inquiries, sales leads, and follow-ups.
Act as a point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate information on products and services.
Collaborate with the sales team to prepare quotes, proposals, and sales presentations.

Communication:
Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, team members, and other departments.

Drafting and Documentation:
Prepare, review, and edit sales-related documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Create and maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics.

Sales Coordination:
Coordinate with various internal teams, including marketing, finance, and logistics, to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Assist in the coordination of sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.

Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers, fostering trust and loyalty.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to improve service quality.

Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on the company's products, services, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Sales Reporting:
Generate regular sales reports, performance dashboards, and analysis for the management team.
Identify trends and opportunities to enhance sales productivity.

Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution:
Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
Collaborate with relevant departments to provide satisfactory resolutions.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or a similar sales support role, preferably in call centers, banking, or insurance sectors.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Proficiency in drafting and preparing salesrelated documents and contracts.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools is advantageous.
  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with composure.
  • A positive attitude, selfmotivated, and a team player.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Salary:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Al Qusais: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
