Visa Experts is a young immigration company that provides work visa and immigration services to individuals.

Our team of experts has helped many of clients with their immigration needs to Europe, and we are dedicated to providing exceptional service to each and every one of them.


Responsibilities:


  • Recruit new salespeople on a daily basis
  • Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews
  • Manage job postings and job boards
  • Greet and welcome incoming clients at the front desk
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage some company documentation
  • Ensure that the front desk area is clean and organized

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent or above
  • 12 years of experience in recruiting or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Bilingual in English and [insert language] is a plus
Our office is located 30 seconds walk form Business Bay Metro Station Exit 2.


Salary:
AED3,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
