    Description

    We are seeking a highly motivated andanalytical individual on behalf of our client to join them as aFinancial Analyst / Real Estate Analyst.

    Youllplay a crucial role in providing financial analysis and insights tosupport their real estate investment decisions. Your primary focuswill be on leveraging your advanced Excel skills and financialexpertise to assess the financial viability of potential realestate ventures analyze market trends and forecast investmentperformance.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Utilizeadvanced Excel skills to develop complex financial models forevaluating real estate investmentopportunities.
    • Conduct indepth financialanalysis including cash flow projections ROI calculations andsensitivity analyses.
    • Research and analyzemarket trends competitor activities and economic indicators toinform real estate investmentstrategies.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to assess the financial impact of proposed real estateprojects and provide recommendations to seniormanagement.
    • Assist in the preparation ofinvestment memos presentations and reports forstakeholders.
    • Support the Finance Manager/ChiefAccountant in adhoc financial analysis and reporting asneeded.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelorsdegree in Finance Economics Real Estate or relatedfield.
    • Strong financial acumen with a minimumof 3 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis or relatedroles.
    • Proficiency in advanced Excel functionsand financial modeling techniques.
    • Real estateor banking sector experience is a plus but notrequired.
    • Candidates with a solid background infinance and exceptional Excel skills will beconsidered.
    • Excellent analytical skills withthe ability to interpret complex financial data and provideactionable insights.
    • Strong communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectivelywith crossfunctional teams.
    • Detailoriented andorganized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meetdeadlines in a fastpacedenvironment.
