Description
Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for leading the whole production process of interior / joinery projects for customers

  • Managing a team of 200 + staff, primarily carpenters, engineers in the manufacturing process
  • Responsible for taking a design order process through to completion
  • Duties include production planning, scheduling, quality assurance and Health & Safety
  • Regular meetings with the customers & stakeholders on the projects
  • Management of a pricing / budget & project P&L
  • Recruitment, training and motivation of a large team

Salary:
AED8, AED11,000.00 per month
