Role Overview:
Orbit ISS is seeking a certified and experienced API Inspector to support oil & gas and industrial projects. The candidate will be responsible for inspection and integrity assessment of pressure vessels, piping systems, and storage tanks in compliance with API standards and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections in accordance with API 510, 570, and 653
- Prepare inspection reports and recommendations
- Monitor NDT activities and verify compliance with codes and specifications
- Identify defects, raise NCRs, and follow up corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with HSE and client requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline
- Mandatory Certifications: API 510, API 570, API 653
- Minimum 8–10 years of inspection experience in oil & gas / petrochemical projects
- Strong knowledge of in-service inspection, corrosion assessment, and integrity evaluation
- ASNT Level II (UT/MT/PT/RT) preferred
- Good reporting and communication skills in English
