Description
Display a sound knowledge of pipefitting and brazing techniques as applicable to the AC and refrigeration industry.

  • Display a sound knowledge of electrical and electronic fault diagnosis as applicable to the AC and refrigeration industry. Provides guidance, managerial, technical support to complete project team.
  • Prepare program master schedule and performs critical path analysis.
  • Prepare plans and schedules, status reports and performance evaluation.
  • Working with selected MEP contractor for setting up quality plan
  • Review/approve shop drawing, Method statement, material submission
  • Conduct site quality inspection followed agreed ITPs
  • Report to project construction manager/direct manager for site
activities/progress/issues relating to MEP contractor

  • Conduct Testing/commissioning for part or whole MEP system
  • Ensure compliance with safety practices: Working with project safety supervisor to ensure that all employees are following company/project safety guidelines

Requirements:


  • Bachelor Degree in relevant engineering discipline;
  • Minimum 5 years' experience at the same position
License in construction supervising


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
