Description
We're looking for an experienced and bilingual
Call Centre Agent to join the Taqeef team based in Abu Dhabi.


The qualified applicant must have
at least 2 to 4 years in a
Call Centre environment with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluent Arabic and English languages is a must.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Respond to customers enquiries by answering phone calls, clarify information, and providing accurate and relevant information.
  • Ensure timely and professional response to customer requests.
  • Resolve customer problems by clarifying issues, provide alternative solutions, and escalate unresolved problems to the Call Center Team Leader.
  • Direct calls to appropriate concerned parties and ensure successful completion of the transactions
  • Document call information according to the operating standards and procedures.
  • Maintain Call Center accurate database records.
  • Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls.
  • Follow up on customers' calls when and as required.
  • Complete call logs and periodic reports to the management.
  • Conduct a customer satisfaction survey and produce survey analysis reports to the management.
  • Build sustainable relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Attend mandatory training sessions on products, services, or policies.

Qualifications, experience, knowledge & skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • 13 years of experience in a call center environment
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Business Writing Skills
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills
  • Excellent Arabic and English
  • Ability to work under pressure

Job Types:
Temporary, Contract

Contract length: 3 months
