Required skills and qualificationsBSc Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.8 years of progressive HR experience or senior HR leadership role.
CIPD (preferred, not essential)Previous construction market experience is essentialArabic speakingDeep understanding of organisational development, employee engagement, and change management.Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws in India.
Familiarity with HR software and systems (e.g., ATS, HRIS, performance management tools).Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to HR decision-making.
Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change within a company.
Experience in developing and managing HR budgets.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in multiple languages can be advantageous.
