As we continue to grow, we are looking for a friendly and presentable Host/Hostess to join our team and contribute to our welcoming environment.

As a Host/Hostess at [Coffee Cafe Name], you will be the first point of contact for our customers, welcoming them with a warm smile and ensuring their overall satisfaction.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers as they enter the cafe and providing a friendly introduction to our services.
• Assisting customers with seating arrangements and ensuring that tables are clean and set up properly.
• Managing reservations and waiting lists during peak hours to optimize seating availability.
• Communicating effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Collaborating with the service team to maintain a smooth flow of operations and provide excellent customer service.
• Waiting tables and taking customers orders as required
• Manage the cashier

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hospitality environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional and highly presentable appearance.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Salary:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
