    Description
    Provides leadership to the assigned region, overseeing RAC retail activities and stores. Reviews and analyses regional sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets

    Role and Responsibilities

  • Drive all processes including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, and roadmap development
  • Analyses market data with numbers to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications
  • Provide inputs to product development through insights from market research and customer buying behaviours
  • Monthly analysis of key retailer's performance
  • Develop quarterly pitch for retail store transition
  • Manage product compliance against current/upcoming country regulations for each country in the dedicated region.
  • Highlight the product line-up gaps for each country and present encounter measurements to address the factory for product development
  • PSI management, sell-in/out, and inventory
  • Manage MENA stock levels and initiate correction plans for stock control
  • Skills and Qualifications

    Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in retail management
  • Bachelor's degree or post-graduate degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering
  • E-Commerce background is a plus
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong experience in Retail Management, Marketing, and Supply Chain Management
  • A proven track record in building strategic partner relationships and expertise in business development
  • Excellent Presentation and training skills (Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel is a must)
  • Self-motivated, hard-working, team player with strong analytical skills and business acumen
  • Able to foster relationships with Internal and regional stakeholders to be able to, achieve goals
  • Able to navigate a global corporate organization and deal with high-pressure situations
  • Able to deal with multi-working styles personalities & nationalities
