    Description
    • Prepare and maintain daily,monthly, and yearly financialtransactions
    • Monitor and track accountsreceivable and payable
    • Reconcile financialstatements and reports
    • Balance funds and ensureaccuracy on all accounts
    • Prepare invoices andstatements for customers, as well as accounts receivable/payabledocuments
    • Maintain general and trial ledgersand other financial records
    • Develop, implement,and maintain internal control procedures
    • Issuechecks/payments and handle bank deposits
    • Assistwith audits and providing information for taxreturns
    • Assist with various other accountingduties, as needed

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree inaccounting, finance or similar field
    • 2 years ofbookkeeping experience
    • In-depth knowledge ofaccounting regulations andprocedures
    • Proficient in using bookkeepingsoftware (e.g. QuickBooks, Sage, etc.)
    • Excelproficiency
    • Ability to prioritize tasks andmeet strict deadlines
    • Organized,detail-oriented, and problem-solvingskills
