    ResponsibilitiesMaintainregular client contact by attending scheduled client meetings and regularupdate calls.
    Promoteprojects through private meetings, public events, and forums.
    Dealwith enquiries and conclude sales through careful and considered clientqualifying best practice standards.
    Meetand exceed sales target key performance indicators (KPIs).Beaware of market conditions and adapt to succeed.

    Keep upto speed on other potential projects in the market and to assist the Head ofPrime Residential in selecting new projects to sell, as and when needed.

    Ensurethat applicant visits to the marketing suites and viewings are conducted in anefficient and professional manner, adhering to protocol outlined by the clientand Knight Frank.

    Assistin the organisation of events and promotional initiatives both locally required in the planning of project campaigns and key connectors and referral partners and manage those relationshipsto drive awareness and sales to the assigned projects.

    Act asthe representative and face of the assigned projects and to uphold the valuesof Knight Frank through ethical best practice.

    Maintainan up-to-date market knowledge of existing and new developments.

    Progresssales by liaising with buyers and developers to ensure timely signatures ofsales and purchase agreements (SPAs), and regular reporting of the same to theHead of Prime Residential.

    Liaisewith members of other departments and get to know the individuals and theirmarkets both for the purpose of obtaining information and cross selling ofbusiness services.

    MeetKnight Frank Best Practice standards at all times.

    Provideefficient administration of all procedures in sales tracking, maintainingrecords of all transactions in accordance with Real Estate Regulatory Agency(RERA) use of standardized Knight Frank documentation when reporting to clients,and where required to personally provide written reports, ensure that thesemeet the required professional standard.

    Ensureadherence to company policies and procedures, RERA and Dubai Land Departmentregulations and legal requirements, including customer due diligence andanti-money laundering.

    Buildand maintain goodwill, confidentiality, and trust with prospective and existingclients at all times in order to foster the professional image of thePartnership.

    Othertasks as required.

    Skills and QualificationsBachelor'sdegree in real estate or a related field preferred (or equivalent workexperience).Minimum6 years of experience in a similar role with a track record of successfulResidential sales in the UAE or and presentation skills.

    Strongsales and negotiation skillsStrongteam player with the ability to build work collaboratively with team members.
    Abilityto work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    Attentionto detail and a high level of accuracy.
    Willingnessto accept responsibility for delegated tasks.
    Abilityto public speak or work flexible schedules to ensure successful and timely delivery ofprojects.
    Understandingof regional business culture and to understand and make use of computers and information technology(Knight Frank internal systems).


    Certificationsand Licenses:
    RERA card required. MRICS desired but not essential. UAE drivinglicense required.


    Software:
    Microsoft Office programs to a proficient level

    Languageskills:
    Fluency in English, written and verbal. Fluency in Arabic or otherlanguages is advantageous.


    Travel:
    Flexible attitude towards travelling.
