- Maintain and update employee payroll records in the system
- Calculate and process payroll for employees and contractors
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to obtain necessary information for payroll processing
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management
- Process payroll adjustments, bonus, and commission payments accurately and on time
- Respond to employee inquiries and resolve any payroll-related discrepancies
- Stay up-to-date with payroll regulations and compliance requirements
- Assist with ad-hoc finance projects as assigned by the Payroll Manager
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll or related field
- Knowledge of payroll software and systems
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
