    • Maintain and update employee payroll records in the system
    • Calculate and process payroll for employees and contractors
    • Collaborate with HR and other departments to obtain necessary information for payroll processing
    • Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management
    • Process payroll adjustments, bonus, and commission payments accurately and on time
    • Respond to employee inquiries and resolve any payroll-related discrepancies
    • Stay up-to-date with payroll regulations and compliance requirements
    • Assist with ad-hoc finance projects as assigned by the Payroll Manager

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll or related field
    • Knowledge of payroll software and systems
    • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
