    Nous recherchons un(e) FX Trainee Conversion Specialist francophone, hautement motivé(e) et doté(e) dune solide expérience en vente, pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique à Dubai. Cest une excellente opportunité dentrer dans lunivers rapide du trading Forex, où lénergie et les compétences commerciales se traduisent par un potentiel de gain illimité.

    Responsabilités :

    • Contacter les clients potentiels et convertir les prospects en traders actifs

    • Développer et entretenir des relations solides avec les clients afin de favoriser leur fidélisation et leur loyauté

    • Utiliser des techniques de vente pour maximiser lacquisition de clients et le volume de trading

    • Informer les clients sur les plateformes de trading, les produits et les tendances du marché

    • Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour garantir une excellente expérience client

    Exigences :

    • Maîtrise du français (écrit et oral)

    • Expérience avérée en vente (idéalement dans le FX, la finance ou tout autre secteur fortement orienté vers les ventes)

    • Excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation

    • Ambitieux(se), motivé(e) par les résultats et désireux(se) dapprendre

    • Capacité à réussir dans un environnement rapide et axé sur les objectifs

    • Une expérience préalable dans le Forex ou les marchés financiers est un atout, mais non obligatoire
