Qemtex is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand our customer base across local, GCC, MENA, and international markets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales within the powder coatings industry, with a deep understanding of the market and a strong network of connections.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing sales in their assigned region, which may include the US, Europe, Asia, GCC, or other markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly sales targetsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned regionBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing customersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales growthRepresent Qemtex at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetingsProvide regular sales reports and market insights to management Requirements: Proven sales experience in the powder coatings industryIn-depth knowledge of the assigned market and strong industry connectionsExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesWillingness to travel within the assigned regionFluency in English and relevant local languages We offer a competitive salary, performance-based incentives, and the opportunity to grow with a fast-growing company.
