Takeleap is looking for an experienced Product Manager that is able to lead, coordinate, organize a team.

Applicant should have strong leadership quality, interpersonal and communication skills, be self-motivated and able to work in a team environment.

Job Roles:

  • Works with the client to identify and coordinate new product developments and/or
enhancements.

  • To develop product scope of work documents and product plans that include an analysis of
the product/service, pricing, development / deployment plan, deliverables, and any related risks.

  • Assigns, schedules, trains, reviews, and monitors product work to ensure that progress is
within expected guidelines and is completed on time and within budget. Mentors and
provides expertise to other product team members.

  • Provides team leadership on individual products.
  • Works with the client to identify the roles of team members, product reporting
structures and frequency of interaction and any training requirements that may be needed
for a team member to complete the product.

  • Defines the responsibilities of departments involved in the product including customers,
management, product team, vendors and others affected by the product.

  • Identifies, tracks, monitors and communicates productrelated issues, scope changes,
variances and contingencies that may arise during the implementation of the products

  • Maintains effective communication and working relationships with customers and product
development team.

  • Identifies the technical approach to be used on a given product and manages the
development process including the development of a strategic plan, systems analysis,

  • Develops review schedules, checks and acceptance tests for each phase of a product.
  • Identifies design alternatives, researches existing product\services in the marketplace and
recommends viable solutions.

  • Develops Proposals, evaluates responses, and leads selection of teams.
  • Identifies and documents opportunities to integrate required skills and resources to fulfill
product requirements.

  • Prepares and presents oral and/or written technical reports and product presentations.
  • Organizes and conducts product team meetings.
  • Utilizes current, countrywide and/or department specific software to complete tasks.
  • Develops product report after the end of product and archive all product output including
the source files.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

Qualification Required:

  • Ability to speak fluent English. Arabic is a great advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • PMP certification is an advantage
  • 4+ years handling full lifecycle products

Technical Requirements:

  • Knowledge of various product management methodologies
  • Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge about Takeleap scope of work like augmented reality, virtual reality, artificial
intelligence, production mapping, etc.

  • Understanding the basic workings of the 3D development pipeline.
  • Understanding the basic workings of game engines like Unity, Unreal, etc.

Salary:
From AED70,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
