Responsibilities
- Formulate and monitor the annual business plan to ensure the long term success and viability of the company and the attainment of corporate objectives.
- Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on brand and corporate objectives, market characteristics, cost and markup factors.
- Prepare yearly marketing calendar per country, division, Brand.
- Ensure brand messages are consistent.
- Develop pricing strategies, balancing corporate and brand objectives and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement marketing policies and procedures to ensure the effective promotion and marketing of the brands and company, and meet business and brand objectives.
- Analyze trends in the business environment, help to develop products that are responsive to market demands, and identify new market opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback in each territory
- Control, and monitor the marketing department's finances to ensure effective budgeting and cost control.
- Develop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, marketing mix across all divisions and branches.
- Direct and control the staff of the marketing department to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained and are working towards the achievement of the company's corporate objectives.
- Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote NG brands and portfolio
- Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, and production managers, to market products and services.
- Liaise with legal department to resolve product and brand related problems and assist in initiating registration processes for new brands / products.
- Lead all areas of content generation and production across all media platforms and coordinate with media agencies.
- Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
- Oversee and implement digital marketing strategy on a corporate level and its brands.
- Monitor the feedback from customers to measure their satisfaction with eth company's products.
- Oversee the commissioning of customer satisfaction surveys to identify the scope for improvements in products quality and service.
- Coordinate with training center to ensure, implement, and take maximum benefit to support sales, and meet with brands strategy.
- Responsible of all company marketing activity, exhibition, event, shows, etc
